Description
What does the $99 booking payment cover?
Answer: The $99 payment secures your priority dispatch. It guarantees that a licensed locksmith is assigned to your location immediately. Best of all, this amount is fully deducted from your final invoice—it isn’t an extra fee, just a deposit to get us moving toward you.
Is the $99 booking fee refundable?
Answer: Because we immediately dispatch a technician and take them off other potential jobs to prioritize you, the fee is generally non-refundable once the locksmith is en route. However, it is applied directly to your service, so you only pay the remaining balance once the job is done.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
Answer: Once our locksmith completes the work, the $99 deposit is subtracted from your total. You can pay the remaining balance on-site via our mobile EFTPOS terminals using any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), debit card, or cash.
What if the locksmith can’t fix my lock?
Answer: With over 30 years of experience and WA Police Licensing, there are very few locks we can’t handle. If for some rare technical reason we cannot provide a solution, we will discuss the options with you transparently. Our goal is always a “gain entry” or “secure site” outcome.
Why do you require a booking payment upfront?
Answer: To provide the fastest possible service in Perth, we dedicate a technician to you the moment you book. This payment ensures we can maintain a rapid response fleet and guarantees that you are next in line for service, preventing delays during peak emergency hours.
