*Calls cancelled within 1 hour of booking the job will not be refunded….. as our drivers cannot do other work if they’re on their way to you. Do not text the drivers once they’ve been dispatched as texting and driving is against the law in WA. Please make all efforts to get in PRIOR to calling us, this includes calling your real estate agents, friends or family members who might have keys, Look for open windows or other doors before calling us! As cancellations will not be refunded, the entire service call will be charged out to you. Please keep in mind our drivers sleep at night. We’re not sitting at a desk waiting for somebody to lock themselves out. Keep in mind getting us out of a warm bed will come with additional charges.

If the door is locked and we have to unlock it then it will be an additional $35 + GST to open the door and make keys, if the door is open and you don’t have keys for the lock there will be an additional charge of $10 + GST to pick/shim the lock before it can be rekeyed
